第一次遇到的时候 962366热线又打不进 后来只好千里迢迢跑去办税大厅抄报税一次再柜台操作 这次周末过 有超限 还好962366打的进 小哥告诉我的方法是 在开票系统里的系统设置 参数设置 然后上传设置 有一个上传途径 把里面改为 https://skfp.tax.sh.gov.cn:443 然后测试下 能不能链接成功 稍等一会 就自动上传好了 就能正常开票了 不更改路径的话 一直会无法正常的自动上传 你就有的苦了
